Description
The MOUNTAIN HIGH EDS kit is a Jonker Sailplanes factory approved O2 system for use in:
- JS3 (all serials)
- JS4 (all serials)
The Mountain High comparable aluminium 1.5 or 2 liter oxygen cylinder will fit in the standard oxygen storage tube of the JS3 and JS4. They are both shorter than the length of the AL-415 which is 45 cm and their diameter is 111 mm; the same as the Mountain High cylinders.
ASE EDS-O2D1 Jonker kit contains:
- EDS O2D1-2G unit
- Al-Can oxygen cylinder

THE LENGTH IS MEASURED FROM BOTTOM UP TO AND INCLUDING THE OPENING VALVE.
These O2 cylinders have a thicker cylinder wall than the Mountain High aluminium cylinders and can be filled up to the standard European filling pressure of 3000 psi / 200 bar, in stead of 2015 psi / 135 bar for the Mountain High cylinders.
They have an inspection interval 10 years compared to 5 years for the Mountain High cylinders.
