Warranty and Return

PURCHASES

All purchases via aviationsupplies.eu are carried out by Aviation Services Europe.

CONSUMER WARRANTY

Aviation Services Europe values great importance to good and reliable service and support. Part of this are the legal and factory guarantee regulations. Warranty is based on the conformity requirement and has a term of 2 years.

If the customer claims warranty, Aviation Services Europe will consult with the customer for execution of the warranty arrangements. This will include repair of the defect, (temporary) replacement of the defective item, shipment of the defective item and a money-return option. Reimbursement of repair costs is only possible if the repair is requested from Aviation Services Europe in advance and the repair is done in a way allowed by Aviation Services Europe. Shipping costs of defective articles are for customer’s account. The shipping address for return shipment or repair must be requested from Aviation Services Europe.

To claim a refund the article must be in very good condition. Normal traces of use and installation will be judged in all fairness.

RIGHT TO RETURN

With an online purchase at Aviation Services Europe customers get a guaranteed and unconditional right of return up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. The return shipment will only be accepted after notification by the customer of the appeal to the right of return to Aviation Services Europe.

The article must be in the same condition it was received, unused, and in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. In case the article has been used the customer has to compensate for wear and tear or damage caused by this use. The compensation for wear or damage as well as shipping costs for return shipment and repair will be settled with the refundable purchase price by Aviation Services Europe. Also demonstrable decrease in value of the returned item will be deducted from the refunded amount.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNALBLE ITEMS

The right of return does not apply to activation codes, software, electronic cables, custom-made articles (such as aircraft covers, parachutes, special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact Aviation Services Europe if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

REFUNDS

After receipt and inspection of the return shipment the amount to which you are entitled will be refunded by your original payment method. The refund will be done within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment. Shipping costs for return shipment are to be paid by the customer.

GOVERNING LAW

All purchases at Aviation Services Europe and any separate agreements whereby services are provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
